Ramadhan...

So guys, Ramadhan has come to an end. Yes, we tell you no lie. Sad isn't it? Believe it or not, this is the last day of Ramadhan. So no more fasting, no more sahur, no more iftar, no more tarawih. And one more thing we almost forget, our favorite place, The Bazaar Ramadhan! Strating tomorrow, there will be no more bazaar ramadhan. What? Not your favorite place in Ramdhan? Liar. Well as we all knew it, Ramadhan is a very beautiful month for Muslims. It shows the whole world the strength of Islam. It shows people how great to be a Muslim, to abstain ourselves from drink, food, bad deed and intercourse. It is not like we are only be a good muslim in Ramadhan but Ramadhan should be the month that we all should start to strengthen our iman, and makes us realize that we Muslim, we have to live in the Islamic way of life. Guys, lets think with us, and start comparing which one is better, this year of Ramadhan or before. If this year is better, that's good. But you still have to improve. If no, sit down, and try to think. Why, why this year is not better than the last year, what is wrong and find a solution, find a way. Allah is with us. He will always with us. So Ramadhan is passing by, let's hope and pray that we all will be able to meet Ramdhan again next year.

Great Leaders are Not Born, They are Made

What is leadership? To us leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goalLeaders are the inspiration and director of the action. Leaders possess the combination of personality and skills that makes others want to follow his or her direction.

The question now is? Do great leaders are made? or they are born to be great leaders? Successful leaders know how to define their mission, convey it to their subordinates and ensure they have the right tools and training needed to get the job done whereas a false leader is someone who fails to get the necessary resources for his or her staff to do their job. In other way, a false leader is someone who fails to inspire the team to a greater height.

However, failure is not the end of the road. Great leaders are made, not born. They learn from trial and error and from experience. When something goes wrong, a great leader learns from the experience, puts it behind him/her and go on to achieve greater things.

There are people who tend to have the talent to lead people but sometimes their ego is too big than this whole world to learn from mistakes and take critics seriously. Human being will always make mistakes. It is up to the individual to analyze his/her mistake and move on to achieve great things in life. The secret to be a great leader? Be positive and open your mind ; and not to forget a little piece of talent of course :D

Life As a Bachelor Student

Bachelor! Wow, we cannot believe it. We are a bachelor student now. Like seriously? Well, life goes on and people is getting older day by day. No one can escape it. So, life as a bachelor student huh? Ain't going to be easy as in diploma. From the first day we stepped our feet here in this lovely campus as a bachelor student, we had planned what we should do and what we shouldn't do in order to be a dean list's students. Dean list? Sounds impossible isn't it? Impossible is nothing if we are mentally and physically prepared. Being a diploma student had taught us what was lacking in our study method. We have to put extra effort to get an extraordinary result. Like what? Well, glad you asked. Like finish up the tutorials before go to the tutorial classes, extend our study time at night. If in diploma, we were studying 2 hours every day, in degree, it has to be like 2 or 3 hours. Plus, we are going to create a study group. It helps a lot. Focus and consistency are the key to success. Be persistent and work hard. We have to focus in the class and ask the lecturer directly if we are not clear about that topic.  “Success is a marathon, not a sprint”. From this phrase we realized that to be success in whatever we do must come with a consistent hard work. Keep an eye on the goal, and keep working towards it. Lastly, no more last minutes studies. It is not cool, not smart, not a thoughtful move and it is depressing. So stay healthy and fit. This is it for now mates. Let's understand this phrase, '' a bump in the road is either an obstacle to be fought or an opportunity to be enjoyed.'' It is all up to you. :)
